- Quantitative and qualitative control of the crates which are integrated in the operation of picking.
- In each station of picking, we can integrate the following stages:
* To put the box on the scale to control the weight: there is a well defined margin which should not be exceeded which varies between a maximum and a minimum weight.
* To start to put the products in the box by
taking
into account the relation: quantity - weight.
* If the box is finished and the weight is checked, then it will be confirmed by voice: the scale is connected to a voice server to confirm the weight.
* To press button related to the scale to print
a RFID tag.
* To stick tag RFID on vat which supports the treatment in progress.
* This tag RFID contains information of
boxes in the phase of picking.
* This information will be sent directly towards EdiPax to generate information of traceability of picking.
* EdiPax generates information
about (PPS_STAT)
statistics
which makes it possible to
evaluate the productivity of each
picking station.
